The event was jointly organized by PROGEN in collaboration with the Negeri Sembilan O&G fraternity from Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, Hospital Tuanku Ampuan Najihah and Hospital Port Dickson. Over the course of three days, delegates engaged in a comprehensive scientific program featuring keynote lectures, plenary sessions, and panel discussions. Topics ranged from the latest in reproductive technology and maternal-fetal medicine to emerging trends in gynecological surgery and women’s mental health.

This year’s congress also emphasized multidisciplinary collaboration, providing a unique platform for obstetricians, gynecologists, allied health professionals, researchers, and trainees to exchange ideas, strengthen networks, and explore opportunities for joint research and clinical improvement.

One of the highlights of the congress was a special appreciation dinner honoring O&G consultants retiring in 2025, recognizing their decades of dedication, service, and impact on Malaysia’s healthcare landscape. The heartfelt tribute was a reminder of the enduring legacy of mentorship and service in the O&G community.

The appreciation dinner was officiated by Dato' Dr. Mohd Azman Bin Yacob, Director of MOH Medical Development Division.
